Mobile Property and Tenant Management Technology

We just launched our innovative new Mobile Tenant Center that helps busy property managers, brokers, asset managers and any other member of the building team be better informed for meetings with their tenants. The new feature, which is part of our Tenant Relationship Management toolset, can be access through the main dashboard of our BE-Mobile App (available on iOS, Android & Blackberry phones and tablets). It provides easy access to tenant contact information (including profile photos) key operational metrics (tenant satisfaction, work order details, and expiring leases/COIs), important documents, meeting notes and complete service history – improving building visits and ad-hoc meetings with tenants.

The Mobile Tenant Center features powerful, inline tenant “health” indicators, a quick look up tool, and the ability to filter information by a variety of qualities including tenant name, satisfaction rating, number of open work orders, or tenants in alert state.  It also saves your recent “sort order” for convenience.

We are doing much more than just enabling paperless work,” said Jim Gray, Building Engines’ Vice President of Product. “We are providing centralized, instant access to the information members of the property team need in order to have fully informed meetings with tenants. Additionally, we have intelligent embedded indicators that support our ‘manage by exception’ philosophy. On the tenant list page, we highlight in red any tenant that requires attention and show their current satisfaction rating, so that busy property teams don’t have to dig for issues. Important issues are revealed to them in real-time.”

Additionally, the Mobile Tenant Center makes it easy for property managers to capture information in the moment by allowing them to attach photos (a great way to capture documents and signatures) and notes to tenant profiles (voice dictation is also an option). Work orders can be created directly from the Tenant Center as well. And like everything else in the BE-Mobile App, it’s all available offline if necessary.
