You can pause all incoming messages so they won’t appear in your inbox until you’re ready for them, thus freeing you up to concentrate on other tasks.

Here’s how it works:

1. Sign up here and Inbox Pause adds a “pause” button to your Gmail.

2. Click “pause” to stop new messages from flooding your inblox.

3. When you “unpause” your inbox, all of the messages that you received during the break will be moved to your Inbox, and new messages will arrive as before.

As we all know, time is money, and with this new app, property managers (and all who use it) will be reaping the benefits.
